Autumn Newsletter

We hope you enjoyed the summer, and our unusually good weather.
Now September is here, we now start to focus on encouraging our clients to send in their accounts well in advance of the January deadline. We know our clients are grateful for this. They don’t need the stress of any last-minute panic, and it helps them to be able to budget in advance of the expensive time that is Christmas (So sorry to mention the ‘C’ word)
Please could existing clients get your accounts in to us as soon as you are able. If you are not an existing client, please contact us for a no obligation chat and we can discuss how we can help your business.
Here are some of our other focuses and successes this year
Making Tax Digital
We are encouraging our clients to move over to Digital tax as soon as possible, due to the benefits it offers. The enclosed leaflet gives you more information. Don’t worry, we will be here to hold your hand every step of the way. Please contact us and we can assist.
Tax investigation Service and Business Legal helpline
We have had another successful take up on this offer again this year. This protects clients from the cost of Tax inspections and the 24Hr legal helpline is an added bonus. All existing client would have received a letter from us about this. However its not to late to take advantage, so please give us a call if this is something you would be interested in.
Recommend a friend scheme
We are very proud of our business growth through personal recommendations. We thank our clients for their recommendations with a voucher and this has proved to be very popular. Please keep the recommendations coming and ask the person/company you recommend to let us know who this came from.
Staff Update
Its been a good year for the team this year. Shadab has qualified in her ACCA and become an Affiliate. Alex is set to complete his ACCA and is classed as a finalist. Leanne is also celebrating her 10 year anniversary working with us. Kelly is currently working through her exams for trust and estate planning. We thank the team for their commitment to their development and to the business.
Go Cardless
We are rolling out an automated payment system to our clients which is proving to be very popular. You get advance notice of what payments will be taken in case of queries. Clients value this method as it takes the time away from them to manually write cheques or pay us directly.
New Offices

We are now firmly established in our new office in Swinton. Feedback has been excellent from clients and we are very happy with the move.

Privacy Statement – Personal Data

We process personal data to provide professional services such as tax advice, general or specific business advice as part of the range of services we offer. We also process personal data in the administration and management of our business.

Your business contact details are used to provide you with information about our services and other information which we think will be of interest to you, unless you tell us not to.

We are subject to legal, regulatory and professional obligations. We need to keep certain records to demonstrate that our services are provided in compliance with those obligations and those records may contain personal data.
Personal data processed is kept by us for as long as is considered necessary for the purpose for which it was collected (including as required by applicable law or regulation).
