Part Time Payroll Officer / Accounts Admin Officer
Do you have some payroll experience? An aptitude for learning more and a good team work ethic? We are seeking to recruit a part-time payroll officer with some experience who is willing to undertake further training and become a payroll expert. The successful candidate will be based at our office in Swinton and work 24 hours per week. We can be flexible with working hours subject to discussion.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
You will have a minimum of one years payroll experience, have good IT Skills, and have excellent communication skills. Ideally, you will be able to work on your own initiative on a wide range of payroll duties. You will work in a small team of supportive and experienced individuals.
- Processing weekly, fortnightly, monthly payrolls
- Dealing with client queries and changes
- Produce payslips, P45s, P60s
- Calculating sick pay, annual leave
- Completing auto-enrolments
- Producing reports and calculations for clients
- Calculating pension contributions
- Completing Furlough claims
- Answering telephone calls
- Book-keeping for clients.
A professional approach and an excellent aptitude for detail are essential. Ability to work to the tight deadlines payroll functions require is necessary. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team worker and will offer support to our small team.
ABOUT OUR FIRM
We are a small firm of ACCA Accountants based in Swinton, Manchester. We have small friendly team, our clients are mainly small OMBs.
Salary £12,500 to £14,000
