  • Why should I use your services?

Our clients give us regular feedback and they tell us that we are providing the type of service they need and want. We believe we provide a timely, useful and added value service to help our clients be successful and profitable.

  • How do I know if you can meet my requirements?

We can meet to discuss whether on not we can. We have an integrated approach to work covering all accounting and taxation issues that arise from the running of you business, from the preparation of financial accounts, management accounts and regulatory filings. We will listen to your requirements and match them to the services we can offer. We don’t promise what we can’t deliver.

  • How can you help my business?

We offer our specialist knowledge to aid you in any matters you would like advice on, be it tax problems, major financial decisions, funding, restructuring, growth and development or a business sale. We aim to provide services tailored to the needs of you business and are always happy to talk through any issues you may be facing, whether it is technical, financial or personal.

  • Do you understand what it’s like to run a business?

Our director understands what it’s like to run his own business and therefore is able to offer successful business advice as well as managing your accountancy needs. They have considerable operational experience and fully understand the pressures that you are under and offer a wide range of commercial experience which can help with the development of your growing business.

  • Is it easy to contact you when I need to?

We are easily accessible by phone and e-mail. We are also available to meet you at your convenience and location. We are easy to talk to and will take care of all your accounting needs.

  • Is there any car parking space available?

Parking is available directly outside our premises at The Counting House, Moss Lane.

Pricing related

  • Is it expensive to have an accountant?

Initial advice is free. Thereafter, fees depend on the size of the business, the nature of the work and this can be negotiated before accepting our services.

We operate both on a fixed fee basis as well as an hourly rate. The nature of the work and client preference is always key. We like to work in such a way that there are no hidden costs

Accountants

  • Are you fully qualified?

We have 3 members of staff who are fully qualified ACCA members. All of our team have a professional and friendly approach to their work.

  • How do you keep up to date with current issues and regulations?

As ACCA members, it is a requirement to attend regular CPD courses. In addition, they have access to a technical support line which provides them with regular updates and can give advice when required.
